I can't hear any sound

Check your device isn't on silent — the side switch on iPhone mutes app audio. Turn the volume up, and make sure no headphones are connected to a device you've set down.

Will my progress be saved?

Yes. DoReMingo saves your progress on your device. Progress is per-device and is removed if you delete the app.

Do I need to know how to read music?

Not at all. DoReMingo starts from the very beginning and teaches your ear step by step — no sheet music or prior training needed.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything runs entirely on your device, so you can play with no internet connection.
